Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Items will be dispatched approximately 1-3 business days after you place your order via Aus Post, depending on the items ordered. Once your package has left us you will receive a tracking number.

All orders over $75.00 will receive free standard shipping, with the standard cost for express shipping applicable to any order.

Returns

If you receive damaged or incorrect items in your order, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order. For damages we will require photos to be emailed to info@asweetpicture.com.au clearly showing the damage while still in packaging. Once we have received these, we will issue you a refund or re send the items out to you depending on what suits you best.

We do not provide refunds or returns for change of mind on clearance items
