About the event
Join us at the Motor Yacht Club of Tasmania for our next Sip and Decorate experience.
This class will focus on cake decorating skills including making your own edible figurine toppers from fondant, covering your cake with buttercream and ganache drip.
Included in the class:
3 hour guided tutorial on how to make an arrangement of bee theme cake toppers from fondant, filling and covering a cake in buttercream and creating the drip effect with ganache.
A toolbox of cake decorating equipment and ingredients needed to complete your lesson, and it's yours to take home at
the end!
Your own boxed cake creation to enjoy.
All you need to bring is yourself! Drinks and cheese platters will be available to purchase at the venue.
