Included in the class:

2.5 hour guided tutorial on how to make Christmas themed toppers from fondant, covering a ganached cake in fondant and creating a drip effect.

A toolbox of cake decorating equipment and ingredients needed to complete your lesson, and it's yours to take home at the end!

Your own boxed cake to enjoy.

All you need to bring is yourself! Morning Tea will be provided along with a tea and coffee station, or you are welcome to bring your own
